Convenient Location with charm
Enjoyed my stay with a good view of the Forbidden City from my room. The staff, despite their limited English, were cute. Tip, try the nearby dining options for delicious local cuisine. The hotel's central location allowed easy exploration of Beijing's attractions!

Plenty of tasty options for meal. Spotless and elegant room with executive lounge access as expected. Awesome and prime location, especially for me. Besides, excellent for visiting a revamped museum.

Nice swim. Very good breakfast buffet. Good location
They offered a very good dinner buffet, but finished it at 9:30pm. I think 10:00pm minimum would have been better. The lighting system is very poor.

Regarding the hotel the situation is fantastic, it is in the upper part of Wuanfujing Street, next to the National Art Museum station, a few meters (300 meters) from the most commercial area of the city. Tour C was super good, nothing like Tour A. We went to visit the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace with a great guide. I recommend this one. Regarding the hotel, room very well, breakfast very well, (89 Yuan per person) of continental type and with a lot of variety; pool super well (although a little hot, normal size is not as small as others say)
Although we liked the hotel quite a bit, there are a couple of things that stand out. Nobody told us that the hotel was asking for a deposit of 400 Yuan per night (In our case 2000 Yuan). It's important to say this to be able to foresee.. Regarding the tours that the hotel offered us, we took the A and C (A = Great Wall + Ming Tombs and C = Forbidden City + Tower of Heaven + Summer Palace). To say that in the A we found much disorganization, we thought that being a tour the tickets would be already bought, but it was not the case, it was necessary to go to buy them, and what implied times of wait. In addition, although we were told to buy the tickets, the Funicular that takes you from where the bus leaves you to what would be the wall, not included, and are 140 Yuan to be added and are almost essential, since the tour only leaves you two hours maximum, so you go on foot will lose that time going only to the wall ... . By the way, fight for those two hours, they wanted us to be much shorter at the beginning because we were theoretically late, but in the end we were able to stay almost two hours at the top (Although the price is not cheap, this is a good option to go to the wall and see them more or less without worrying, I do not recommend the guide, although he was a good guy, but he told us little and less. By the way, be careful with the tours, they take you to factories where they show you curiosities of the area, but they will try to sell you everything and more.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel charged me with the card that was used to make the deposit for two rooms. That's too bad. I also didn't like at all the service they have for excursions. We hired one to the Chinese wall to walk on it. The surprise on having come is that if or if it was necessary to raise the cableway which price was not included in the excursion and that in no way I wanted to take since they give me panic. After a huge queue we entered and as it was the eve of the party we could hardly fit in that stretch of wall. Dangerous to be, dangerous to walk. There was no option to go anywhere else. I complained to the guide and to the hotel, but they didn't even listen to me. There was nothing in the brochure about the cable car. So if you go to this hotel... no excursions with them. The agency is called Beijing Guangxin International Travel

will definitely go back there again
The premium king room was spacious with air conditioning, minibar, and a nice view. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and free toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The spa facilities were lovely and relaxing. Great location near line 8 subway and a few attractions within walking distance. Staff at the reception were very helpful.

Perfect for a Family Stay
Had a spacious room with a fantastic view. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide variety of tasty options that pleased everyone in the family.
It wasn't cheap, but given the quality, I found it acceptable.

Without a doubt the best hotel we stayed at in China, it's a big hotel, but accessible, the staff is better than trained, it was the only hotel in China (I was in Harbin, Beijing, xi'an and Shanghai) where they do speak English so there is no problem with communication, They have a restaurant with a delicious buffet for breakfast and I appreciate super accessible and more if you are staying there, the room was quite spacious and with a bathtub, besides that it had a pool and a gym if you want to use it, that my wife is the one who takes advantage of it, in short for me 9.9 out of 10
As I put it in the part that I like I give it 9. 9 of 10 and only because we were 3 people and extra bed they put for the other person was a stone, there was no problem, because they were 2 double beds, ahh and maybe they already updated a little bit the connections so they have USB and it would be perfect!

I liked Prime hotel' s design, location, silence, quality of room service. Late check outy was important for us. Thank you very much for help in reservation of your hotel. It was perfect
Hotel staff asked to leave deposit, which excedded the cost of our two rooms in spite of sum which was blocked from credit card. We have to pay by cash, but this sum is still blocked. We haven't acess to Ex. lounge, which was mentioned on your site for Royal Club room, so I didn't see adavantages for this kind of room except late check out.
